Your Orsay Museum entry tickets are in the voucher you received when you first made your booking. Your cruise tickets will be sent to you a day before the tour date via email
The Museum Ticket must be used on the scheduled tour date

During high season, such as Easter, New Year, and other special holidays in Paris, waiting times may be longer than usual; we recommend planning your itinerary accordingly.
Some of the exhibitions in the museum may not be on display due to being loaned to other museums
The Seine River Cruise Company is Bateaux Parisiens, Pier No. 3 at Port de la Bourdonnais (at the foot of the Eiffel Tower). You will need to scan your tickets to board the boat
You can use your cruise tickets at any time during the opening hours on your tour date
Outside food&drinks are not allowed on the boat
