What to expect
In the morning,you will meet your friendly local guide who is an expert in Provence and knows all the best spots to see the lavender in bloom! Climb aboard your minivan and set off on the scenic country roads of Provence.
Your drive will take you along picturesque roads through the wide Plateau of Valensole known for its amazing lavandin. Your guide will share his knowledge about the history, traditions and culture behind this "blue gold" as you go.
During the course of the morning tour your A la Française guide will stop at the best photo spots for you to see the lavender in all its beauty.
You will also get the chance to meet a local producer who will share his passion for lavender and lavandin with you! This is the perfect opportunity to learn everything about this unique culture: its harvest and distillation and also all the different products made from lavender!
Your morning lavender tour will end when you will arrive back in Aix-en-Provence.
Note : A La Française reserves the right to modify the program according to the lavender's blooming stage.

• This tour runs from June 10 to July 15, 2026
• The company cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, weather or accidents occurring while getting on or off the vehicle or for the robbery of personal effects or luggage
• Food and drinks, additional entrance fees and gratuities (optional) are not included
• For any booking with children, please advise the age.
• Tours are operated for a minimum of 2 passengers, however bookings for solo travelers are accepted. If the solo traveler remains the only passenger booked for a departure, A La Française ! will contact the passenger the day before the tour in order to offer an alternative tour or date. If the passenger refuses the alternative suggestion, he will be fully refunded as A La Française ! will not charge the tour-operator for the service.
