What to expect
I'm Lucas Dufour, manager of 120 Grands Crus and a former sommelier. Passionate about products with character and authentic taste experiences, I invite you to discover an original food tasting based on unusual aperitifs that you won't find anywhere else.
During this friendly experience, you will taste 5 unusual artisanal aperitifs made in La Bresse by Fabrice Chevrier, my father-in-law. Each food tasting is accompanied by commentary that allows you to discover the history of the creations, their ingredients, their production methods, and the particularities of their aromatic profiles.
In particular, you will discover his unmissable bestseller, Le Foin des Montagnes, a unique creation inspired by the high-altitude meadows of the Vosges, renowned for its singular character and surprising vegetal notes.
To accompany the food tasting, a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses will be served. This is prepared in partnership with La Cloche à Fromage in Haguenau, to showcase the expertise of local players who share the same passion for taste and quality.
The food tasting takes place directly at the 120 Grands Crus shop in Haguenau, in a warm and intimate setting conducive to discussion, discovery, and sharing.
This experience is for everyone: food lovers, the curious, newcomers, or enthusiasts. No prerequisites are necessary; only the desire to discover new flavors counts. Everyone is welcome and will leave with unique taste souvenirs, surprising anecdotes, a new perspective on artisanal aperitifs, and will be able to say, "I drank hay!!"
An authentic, friendly, and original thing to do, ideal to share with friends, as a couple, as a family, or during a stay in the region.
