The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour starts a few minutes later).
The tour in the palace lasts 1.5 hours, but you should add 30 minutes for ticketing and security check logistics.
After the tour you can stay in the palace until closing time.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or guaranteed access to the Palace, and rescheduling fees may apply.
During peak times the palace can be crowded and there may be a short wait at the group entrance
From October 26 to October 31 and from November to March the gardens close at 5:30 PM.
The Palace gardens are free from November to March, with no tickets required.
