Tour schedule:
Welcome to the estate
Your tour begins with a friendly meeting with a member of the team. You will receive a warm welcome at the entrance to the estate's park, facing the vineyards.
Walk through the park & presentation of the estate
You will then set off for a walk in the winery's wooded park. This is your chance to discover the philosophy of the place: biodynamics, respect for natural cycles, attention to the environment, but also the artistic inspiration that guides certain choices. Along the way, you will be guided in discovering these creations: contemporary sculptures, colorful stained glass windows in the chapel, wall frescoes, and vintage labels designed as true pictorial works. Each work tells the story of a facet of the estate and reflects the desire to make wine a sensitive, living, and expressive object.
Learn about the grape varieties & the history of the estate
You will learn how the estate was created, how the vines are grown, and why each grape variety is planted in a specific location. Here, a deep bond unites the landscapes, the plants... and the people who cultivate them.
Tour of the winery
The tour continues in the cellar, where you will discover our vinification choices: concrete vats of different shapes, sandstone or wooden containers, and amphorae, all used according to their impact on the structure and elegance of the wines. You'll learn how our artisanal and respectful methods allow us to create unique cuvées with a strong personality.
Finally, the tour ends with a commented tasting of three carefully selected wines: two iconic vintages that reflect the identity of the estate, and a more exclusive signature vintage. You will be guided to explore the aromas, textures, and pairings in a warm and intimate moment of sharing.
Designed for the curious, wine enthusiasts, and lovers of art or nature, this tour is suitable for all levels of knowledge.
