What to expect
Your adventure begins in the heart of the historic center of Bordeaux, where we meet for a brief introduction to the history of the city and the itinerary of the walk. For nearly 2 hours, we walk through the iconic streets of Bordeaux to discover its flavors and heritage.
Over the course of several gourmet stops, you will taste a selection of local specialties carefully chosen from artisans and independent merchants. Each stop is an opportunity to meet enthusiasts, discover their expertise, and learn more about the products that make the region's gastronomic reputation.
Between food tastings, I share with you anecdotes about the history of Bordeaux, its neighborhoods, its architecture, and its development over the centuries. Depending on the stop, some food tastings may take the form of mini-workshops or demonstrations, allowing for an even more authentic immersion.
This friendly and accessible tour is designed to help you discover Bordeaux in a different way: through its best spots, local producers, and must-try specialties, all in a warm and gourmet atmosphere.
