What to expect
Step inside a family business in operation since 1961, now run by the third generation. This is not a museum: we cultivate our 45 hectares of orchards (27,000 apple trees), and we press, bottle, and distill everything on site, using organic farming methods.
Accompanied by the producer himself, you will discover each stage of our expertise: the bottling area, the column still (in operation in May and June), and then the aging cellar where the Calvados waits in oak casks. A direct exchange, without an intermediary, with those who make the product.
The tour ends with a friendly tasting: two farm-bottled ciders, a Pommeau, and two Calvados, accompanied by our homemade cider confit. All our drinks are 100% pure juice, made only from our own apples (apple juice for children; alcohol tasting reserved for adults).
Just minutes from the D-Day landing beaches (Omaha, Utah) and the La Cambe German cemetery, this is the ideal stop to extend your exploration of Normandy with an authentic and gourmet experience, directly at the producer's premises.
