Start your adventure next to the statue of the city's founder; travel back in time, to the twelfth century, with D. Sancho I, the colonist, and unravel his main concerns. Then, visit the magnificent Cathedral and be dazzled by the interior and the panoramic view from the terraces. In Praça Luís Vaz de Camões, find out why the Rooster is judged and burned at the stake every year.
Walk through the Jewish Quarter and cross the ancient wall through the timeless doors of D'El Rei and Erva. On the way, enjoy the Church of S. Vicente and the ingenious Torre dos Ferreiros.
