Arrival time: Plan to arrive about 20 minutes before the start time—keep in mind that something beyond your control, such as traffic jams, could happen.
Thermal Comfort: You can ask for a thermal blanket, but you may also bring a light jacket — evenings may get cool on the water. Comfortable shoes recommended
Safety and Weather: Your safety is our priority. We constantly monitor the sea and weather conditions. If conditions are not ideal, we may reschedule or cancel the tour, with a full refund.
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
