Dolphins are wild and free and, sometimes, we might not sight them. According to our own logs, we’re successful in between 97% and 98% of all tours; therefore, please enjoy the whole experience :)
If you might feel sick on boat rides, we suggest a nice prior breakfast, avoiding milk and yogurt.
We’re professionally monitoring the weather forecast but we do appreciate your input. Even on sunny days, please observe the daily progression of the following factors: wind, wind gusts, low/med/high nebulosity, swell, wave heights, ocean / river currents.
Safety and comfort on board are our top priorities. In case we decide to cancel your tour, you’ll have a message from our side at least 48 hours in advance and you’ll be offered an alternate day or a full refund.
