If you arrive only 10 minutes before the tour starts, you risk losing both the tour and your money, as we first need to prepare you with the proper equipment and give you a briefing before departure. Ten minutes is not enough for all of this, which is why we clearly state the need to arrive 30 minutes in advance. Please pay close attention to this.
