Join us for a relaxed morning at Quinta da Corrieira, one of the last privately owned estates producing wine in the historic Carcavelos region. Set just outside Lisbon between the Tejo river and the Atlantic coast, the quinta offers a rare chance to slow down, walk through a working vineyard, and learn about one of Portugal's most overlooked wine traditions
Begin your experience with a guided walk through the vineyard and winery. Discover how the estate's wines are made on a small, hands-on scale, from the grape varieties growing in the field to the aging casks in the adega.
Learn about the story of Carcavelos wine, a regional traditional wine, once celebrated at royal courts across Europe, and today kept alive by only a handful of producers.
After the tour, sit down for a guided tasting of three wines made on the quinta. Start with the Juntos Branco, the winery's dry white wine, followed by the Juntos Tinto, a red made by the quinta.
Finish with a taste of the estate's red Carcavelos, a rare expression of this historic wine style, produced in very small quantities at Quinta da Corrieira. After the tour, have the option to have lunch in one of the nearby restaurants that serves the wines of Quinta da Corrieira.
