What to expect
10:00 AM meeting point in Madalena do Pico - departure from the João Quaresma Maritime Terminal.
Jeep tour on the central plateau of Pico Island.
Stop with a visit to the Lagoas do Capitão do Caiado and Lagoa Seca.
Stop at the Prainha observation deck with a short nature trail (30 minutes).
Stop at the village of São Roque do Pico.
1:00 pm Regional lunch at a local restaurant.
Nature trail in Criação Velha (10 minutes).
Visit to the places of Cachorro, Lajido de Santa Luzia, Arcos, and Cabrito, including the vineyards (UNESCO heritage)
Casa dos Vulcões with a guided tour.
5:30 PM: Arrival at the João Quaresma Maritime Terminal in Madalena do Pico
