Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley – Tinghir
Begin your trip with a scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m). Admire sweeping views of Berber villages before visiting the iconic Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featured in Gladiator and Game of Thrones.
After lunch, continue through the Dades Valley, known for its lush oases and striking rock formations, before arriving in Tinghir for an overnight stay in a comfortable hotel with traditional Moroccan hospitality.
Day 2: Tinghir – Todgha Gorges – Merzouga – Camel Trek – Sahara Camp
After breakfast, explore the breathtaking Todgha Gorges, where towering limestone cliffs rise 300 meters high. Continue to Merzouga, gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes, and meet your camel caravan for a sunset trek across the sands.
Arrive at a traditional Berber desert camp, enjoy a delicious dinner, live drumming by the campfire, and sleep under the star-filled Sahara sky.
Day 3: Merzouga – Marrakech
Wake early to witness an unforgettable Sahara sunrise before returning to Merzouga by camel or 4x4. Begin your scenic journey back to Marrakech, stopping for lunch along the way, and arrive in the evening at your original pickup location or Jemaa el-Fna square.

Your luggage is welcome and will be securely stored in the van during the desert camping
Prepare a small backpack or rucksack for the camel ride and overnight stay at the camp
During winter, warm blankets are provided, but it's advisable to bring warm sleeping clothes as temperatures can drop to 0°C.
Wet wipes are recommended
For the camel ride, it's recommended to wear jeans, trousers, or long shorts for a comfortable trek in the Erg Chebbi dunes
If you're interested in sandboarding, inquire at the lodge to see if sandboards are available to take with you to the camp
