•Guests with disabilities covering mental health and emotional/Physical disabilities are not allowed.
•Any person who has a Serious Heart problem / serious knee & back pain/broken leg/arm has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
•Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

• Maximum weight limit is 119 kg .Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
A guest's valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations with Maha Hot Air Balloon. This ensures clear communication of pickup times and allows instant updates regarding the tour, helping guests stay informed and making the experience smooth.
Please be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in the cancellation of your flight without refund
Please Note: Shared transfer (pickup/drop-off) is not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, and other emirates. Guests from these areas must arrange their own transportation to the designated meeting point.
In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather, we will reschedule or refund your booking amount.
Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
