• If you didn't receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time.
• You will receive an instant confirmation email after booking, but it cannot be used to redeem at the Hotel.You will receive another separate confirmation voucher email after booking is made.ONLY that voucher MUST be presented at the Hotel reception and the TRIPADVISOR booking receipt/voucher is not admissible.
