- Admission tickets are only valid for the timeslot you selected. Please be on time and arrive at least 30 minutes before your selected entry time to queue up for ticket inspection to avoid inconvenience and loss caused by lateness.
- The period shown on the confirmation is only the recommended visit duration from the admission time, for reference only. You are welcome to stay as long as you want during the opening hours. The full exhibition experience takes an average of 2-3 hours.
- Please dress in a manner appropriate for public places in the UAE and respect local culture.
- All guests, regardless of age, require an admission ticket to enter. Guests under 4 years old can enter the Future Heroes Floor (1st Floor) free of charge and enjoy a dedicated space.
- Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
