teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi
teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi is located in Saadiyat Cultural District, Abu Dhabi. It is a collaboration between teamLab, the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi) and local tourism group Miral Group. This immersive art venue covers an area of 17,000 square meters and is adjacent to important cultural landmarks such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi (slated to be completed in 2025), and the exhibition space called Manarat Al Saadiyat, as well as the Saadiyat Island beach, which is accessible at any time and covered with soft white sand and greenery.
With "home to infinite curiosity" as its core spirit, teamLab incorporates biological organic features into the overall design of teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Through the cloud-like undulating outline, the huge architectural scale is weakened and the boundaries between internal and external spaces are blurred, allowing people to focus on immersing themselves in the life experience that grows from the environment and space. The teamLab team conveys the relationship and existence between humans and all things in nature through interactive technology, and is committed to creating an experience that goes beyond traditional art appreciation.
