- Whale Sightings Guarantee: Whale sightings are guaranteed. In the rare event that no whales are sighted on the day of your cruise, a complimentary return cruise will be offered on the next available departure.
- Weather & Sea Conditions: All cruises are subject to weather and sea conditions. Our team monitors conditions closely and will make operational decisions with guest comfort and safety as the top priority. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe conditions, passengers will be offered a seat on the next available cruise or a full refund.
- Seasickness: The vessel MV Eye-Spy is purpose-built for optimal comfort during whale watching. If you are prone to motion sickness, natural active seasickness tablets are available onboard.
- Parking: Free all-day parking is available opposite the Redcliffe Police Station, approximately 100 metres north of the Redcliffe Jetty, the departure point for the cruise.
- Accessibility: The vessel is wheelchair-friendly, however, accessibility may vary depending on tides. Guests are advised to contact the booking team in advance to discuss individual needs.
