- Time Required: The visit typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Once the admission ticket is activated, it is for personal use only and cannot be resold or shared by multiple people at the same time
- You are not allowed to re-enter the venue after leaving
- admission ticket are only valid on the fixed-date. You will not be able to enter without a voucher.
- Please note that it may take 30-60 minutes to enter the venue; if there is a delay, please wait patiently
- Wheelchair users must use the wheelchairs provided by the exhibition hall when entering the venue; the number of wheelchairs provided on site is limited and they are standard models without special accessories
- Please be barefoot in some areas to experience the artwork. Please remove your shoes when entering the locker space.The water depth of the exhibits can reach the knee level of an adult.
- One of the exhibition areas is a mirrored space. If you wear a skirt or wide pants, there is a risk of exposure. It is recommended to wear pants when visiting the exhibition
- We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss or other problems caused by the facilities during the exhibition.
- The exhibition facilities are complex and pets such as guide dogs are not allowed to enter.
- Small lockers are available for free use on site. Locker size is 23cm (W) x 34cm (D) x 37cm (H).
- Please note that some exhibits have flashing lights or loud sound effects.
- Admission control: In order to disperse the crowds of visitors, teamLab Planets TOKYO will open pre-sale e-tickets for fixed-date and times (each 30 minutes is a time slot). In addition, the number of admission ticket and the number of visitors provided in each time slot will be limited to avoid overcrowding after reopening.
- Please wear a mask. Everyone is encouraged to follow proper cough etiquette and wash hands frequently or use alcohol disinfectant. Alcohol sprayers are available in many places in the venue. Please feel free to use them.
- Ventilation and air conditioning equipment in the museum is open 24 hours a day to strengthen cleaning and disinfection operations in the museum
- "Sunrise and Sunset" exhibition: In case of light rain, the exhibition will remain open for visitors; in case of heavy rain and strong winds such as typhoons, the exhibition may be cancelled
- No outside food or drinks allowed
- It is prohibited to bring dangerous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, etc. that may disturb or cause inconvenience to other spectators into the venue
- Smoking and drinking are prohibited. Once found by the staff, you will be asked to leave immediately.
- You can take photos on site, but filming and live streaming for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited
- This activity is not suitable for infant
