- Only food and beverages purchased inside the Theatre are permitted. No outside food or drinks allowed.
- All guests, regardless of age, require a valid ticket to enter. Children under the age of 2 years are not allowed in the Theatre.

- Tickets and vouchers are valid for a specific date, time, and event. They are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. La Perle is not responsible for any lost or damaged tickets or vouchers.
- Every guest, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket. Children under 2 years old are not permitted into the La Perle Theatre. We encourage guests under 18 to be accompanied by an adult.
- Altering or defacing tickets or vouchers may invalidate them.
- For ticket pickup at the Theatre, a government-issued ID is required for verification.
- Late arrivals will be admitted at an appropriate interval for safety reasons.
- Only food and beverages sold inside the Theatre are permitted.
- Vouchers must be redeemed at the named outlet. Any additional cost beyond the voucher’s value will be paid by the customer.
- VIP ticket holders have pre-show access to the VIP lounge only.
- The ticket holder agrees to undergo a search for prohibited items, including weapons, controlled substances, or illegal items.
Additional Notes:
- Seats will be assigned by the La Perle team on the event day, subject to availability. Special seat requests cannot be made in advance or during booking.
- Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in the Silver, Gold, Platinum, and VIP sections only. The Bronze section does not offer wheelchair seating.
- E-tickets are required for entry.
- You may need to show a valid government-issued photo ID and the debit/credit card used for the purchase.
- If you arrive late, you will be admitted at a suitable time for safety reasons.
- Vouchers must be redeemed at the named outlet. Any additional costs beyond the voucher’s value are the customer’s responsibility.
