- Purchased tickets cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
- Tickets are valid only on the selected date.
- Tickets can only be used for the number of tickets that have been purchased.
- Each ticket is valid for one-time use.
- Children under 1 year old (maximum height of 80 cm) can enter for free.
- The child ticket category applies to kids aged 2-6 years old who are not taller than 120 cm.
- Customers must provide accurate personal data when booking. Failure to do so may result in not receiving the e-ticket.
