Please be punctual. Your time slot will be released if you are unable to show up within 15 minutes of stated booking time. 4. Please inform us at least 24 hours prior should you require a reschedule. 5. Activity will be rescheduled in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances such as bad weather or mechanical failure.
