- Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.

- Free entry (FREE) for visitors under 90 cm tall and parents over 58 years old (by presenting ID Card).
- Special tickets are priced at IDR 53,000 each for parents aged 53 to 58 years (by showing ID Card).

- E-tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full.
