TAGTHAi Pass
TAGTHAi is a collaboration platform between the Thai Government and the private sectors to make traveling in Thailand simple, convenient, and responsive to the needs of various types of the travelers including lifestyles, preferences, and languages based on locals’ recommendation and Thai Chamber of Commerce’s Happy Model philosophy: Eat well, Live well, Fit well, and Give well.
How does the pass work
- 1. Receive Your Voucher Code: In order to purchase your Pass through the website, you will receive a voucher code via email.
- 2. Download the TAGTHAi App: Available on both

- The app is where you’ll activate your pass by entering the order verification code.
- 3. Redeem Voucher code before activating:
- -Sign in to TAGTHAi Application
- -Tab on the “Menu” (From the option bar at the bottom on the right side)
- -Select “Redeem My Voucher”
- -Enter your “Voucher Code” to redeem
Once you redeem the voucher code, you can follow these next steps!
- Please note:
- - Do not activate the pass until your travel date, as it is valid for 24 hours (1 day).
- - Some shops may require advance reservations. For more details, please check the app.
- 1. Click the icon with (Up arrow key in it) to ‘ACTIVATE‘ your Pass.
- 2. Explore and Choose: Browse the attractions, shops, and restaurants available in the app, and pick which ones you'd like to visit.
- 3.. Booking in Advance: Some attractions might need a reservation to save your spot. Be sure to check the details on the website or app!
- Note: You’re allowed to make reservations even before activating your pass.
- 4. Show Your QR Code: When you arrive at a location, inform them you're using the TAGTHAi City Pass and simply show your QR code for scanning.
- 5. Enjoy your Pass!

- Long Validity: Your pass is valid for 365 days from the day you purchase it.
- Once you activated your Pass, your pass is valid for the next 24 hours.
- Get your mobile tickets delivered right away for quick and easy access
- Customize your journey by tailoring your itinerary with the attractions and dining options in your pass
- Valid for use within 365day(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration
- Valid for 24 hours after the activation e.g. activated at 8.00AM today, Pass will be expire at 8.00AM tomorrow.
- This tickets valid for all market.
- The pass will expire after 24 hours (1-day pass) as followed: ex. from 8.00 am to 7.59 am (of the next day)
- You can redeem at any shop listed in this Pass (maximum 1 benefit for each shops, restaurant, and attractions) during the pass validity.
- Unactivated Pass will be expired 365 days after purchased.
- Activate your pass at any of the attractions or restaurants included on the TAGTHAi Bangkok Pass
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Wheelchair accessible, Stroller accessible, Near public transportation, Most travelers can participate
- You don't have to pay extra fee for the menu offers available in the Pass (One user can choose to redeem 1 offer per restaurant only), unless you order menus that aren't listed in the Benefits.
- The Pass is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash for any reason If you cancel or ask for amendment the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
- All the restaurants are not available to offer take-out services.
