- No need to choose arrival time. Please come to the location during operating hours and play for 2 or 3 hours (according to the ticket you purchased) from the time of your arrival. If you arrive late, there will be no additional playing time.
- Trans Snow World reserves the right to cancel the ticket if it is proven that there is a forgery or other indication of error contained in the ticket.
- Tickets cannot be resold.
- It is not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside.
- Boots and duration reminder watch requirements are returned after playing.
