- Each ticket allows admission for one person only.
- Children below 3 years old and disabled individuals accompanying a ticket holder are admitted free of charge. (Please come to our ticket counter and mention to staff)
- All tickets must be redeemed at least 30 minutes before each chosen time slot and tours must commence at the JDT Hummer Tour Counter, located in front of parking zone number 5 at Stadium Sultan Ibrahim.
- Any interim special event or training session from the stadium and cause the tickets that have been sold cannot be redeemed for the visit, stadium management will assist on the change of the visitor to another visit time or will proceed refund.
