Check-In & Boarding
- Upon arrival, please queue at the Front Office.
- If you have valid ticket, show your e-ticket / QR code and Personal ID to our officer for check in and select your seats.
- If you don't have a valid ticket, our officer will assist you with a new booking and payment.
- You will receive a bracelet based on your booked experience, please wear it at all times.
- Explore the estate or relax in the waiting lounge.
- Boarding call will be announced—please wait for instructions.

- Gusti Class seats up to 14 persons and is a shaded seating area with stagefront view.
- Satria Class consists of 6 zones, spread along the twin hulls of the ship from front to end. Each zone seats 8 passengers.

- Please arrive at the pier for check-in 45 minutes before departure
- The pier is a privately managed restricted area, and can only be accessed by visitors with valid cruise tickets.
