- Ticket Validity: Within the validity period specified in the confirmation slip, tickets can be used on dates with the same price level (depending on whether your chosen date is A, B, C, or D level, you can use it on the same level dates in the calendar, and enter the park directly by scanning the code without reservation). - Binding with USJ APP: After purchasing the main ticket, you can scan the QR code in the confirmation slip to bind with the USJ app after 8 AM China time (9 AM Japan time) the next day. Please note:
- Entry to Super Nintendo World requires a 'Universal Studios Japan Express Pass with Area Admission Guarantee' or an 'Area Admission Numbered Ticket'. Depending on the crowd situation, you may be able to enter without an 'Area Admission Guarantee/Numbered Ticket'.
- [Since the ticket is not issued on the purchase day, it can only be bound after 9 AM Japan time the next day. Download the USJ APP and scan the QR code on the confirmation slip to bind the ticket.
- You can enter Universal Studios Japan normally without binding by directly scanning the QR code on the confirmation slip. For Nintendo (Mario) area, you need to bind the app to draw a numbered ticket. Currently, Universal Studios Japan only supports the Japanese and English versions of the app for ticket binding. Not binding will not affect usage.
- Update the app or uninstall it once to get a new version.
- Read directly from the paper ticket using the camera function of the USJ app's ticket feature.
- If you have tried all the above and still cannot register, we apologize, please obtain a ticket from the numbered ticket machine in the park on the day.
- To ensure all visitors have an enjoyable time at the park, please adhere to the following "Rules and Manners".
- Please do not join others in line while waiting for attractions and shows.
- Smoking is prohibited while waiting for rides, or while inside attractions, restaurants, and shops.
- To prevent accidents, do not take photos while on rides. Additionally, for the sake of performance effects and performer safety, do not use flash photography in areas where it is prohibited.
- Please do not bring food, including bento boxes, into the park.
