●This activity will be conducted in English.

●Please arrive at the meeting point before the meeting time . Late arrival will be regarded as cancellation without reason and will be charged a cancellation fee. Due to operational reasons, we do not accept midway participation.

●You will need to exercise during the activity, so please wear Clothes & Accessories that are comfortable for exercise.

●Please wear shoes that are comfortable for exercise, or bring your own sports shoes. You can wear shoes in the venue, but you can also take off your shoes or socks to participate in the activity.

●Please prepare drinking water and a towel to wipe sweat. (You can drink water at any time in the performance venue, but eating is prohibited.)

●We provide a 15-color battery-powered concert light stick and a light stick that lights up when you tap it. If you have other light sticks for your own use, you can bring your own.

●You need to use the stairs to go to the performance venue on the first basement floor. Please put large luggage such as suitcases in the Locker and do not bring them into the venue.

● The company is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the activity(but if the company is responsible, it will compensate up to the participation fee). It is recommended that you decide whether to purchase Insurance just in case.

●Please cooperate in taking away the garbage.

●If you are not feeling well on the day, please do not participate in the activity. We may ask customers who are not fit to participate to withdraw.

※You will sweat during the activity. You can wear shoes in the venue, but you can also take them off during the activity. There is no place or time to change clothes, so please come in advance wearing Clothes & Accessories that are comfortable for exercise.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 3 day(s) before the usage date, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 2 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 40% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 1 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 60% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 on the day 1 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after activation
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
