• This is a fixed carpool trip. Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot change the date. Any losses incurred will be at your own expense. No refund will be given if you are unable to participate in or cancel the trip due to personal reasons, such as being late.
• Passengers must arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to the departure time. The bus will not wait for passengers who arrive 5 minutes late and will consider it a forfeit.
• Guests on this tour must follow the time limits at each attraction and the driver’s instructions. If a guest leaves the group on their own, the transaction will be considered invalid and no refund will be issued. You will be solely responsible for any personal or property damage resulting from this.
• Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip and ensure their safety.
• It is recommended that seniors, individuals with high blood pressure, individuals with cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease, and pregnant women be accompanied by a family member.
• The arrival time of each trip may vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day of the trip. If the trip is delayed due to the above or other force majeure factors, you will not be eligible for a refund. If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, you can apply for a change of date or a refund.
• Please comply with local laws and regulations in Japan. Do not bring any items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid legal consequences and protect your rights.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 3 day(s) before the usage date, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 2 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
