When it rains or snows, we will basically hold the tour as scheduled
If it is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund
The specific departure point is Hida-Hagiwara station, and your guide will pick you up at the station before the tour starting time

No refund or no alternative date will be given when you do not show up at the meeting time for any reason (meeting time is 10 minutes before start time of tour)
Minimum drinking age is 20 years
You can join with your child but he/she is not allowed to drink sakeIf a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 1 day(s) before the usage date, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 on the day 1 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
