1. If both overtime and over-mileage are in effect on the same day, only the higher excess fee needs to be paid;

2. The service time limit and service mileage of the day are only valid on the day and cannot be accumulated for use on the next day;

3. Failure to provide vehicle services in restricted areas does not constitute a breach of contract;

4. All services do not include tickets for scenic spots. If you need a driver or guide to accompany you to the scenic spot, you need to communicate in advance. The driver or guide ticket fee shall be borne by the guest.

5. Please be sure to provide the number of passengers and the size of the luggage so that we can recommend a suitable vehicle model. If the number of passengers is increased temporarily and the vehicle cannot be used, the loss will be borne by the customer.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 on the day 3 day(s) before the usage date, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 on the day 2 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
