• You’ll travel easily between dispersed sites that would be hard to reach otherwise, such as Lake Kawaguchiko, Oishi Park, Arakurayama Sengen Park, and Gotemba Premium Outlets.

• In case of bad weather, such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour or not 1 day before departure (15:00 local time) and notify you by email.
• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place 15 minutes before. Please be punctual as there will be NO waiting for late-comers.
• Please be sure to arrive on time at the gathering time of each spot. Please note you will not be refunded if you cannot continue participating in the activities due to personal reasons such as being late.

• There will be many people during the flowering season. We recommend you prepare some food as there may be severe traffic jams.
• It may not be possible to enjoy the panoramic view of Mount Fuji due to weather conditions.
• Pregnant women and people with special physical conditions should pay attention to their health conditions as there is long-distance traffic time in the plan. Please note that we won’t take any responsibility if there are emergencies caused by physical discomfort during the travel. And please be informed of the risk of not being able to seek immediate medical attention.
• Children aged 0-2 who do not need a seat can participate for free.
• Every person can take one hand luggage to the bus. Please put your other luggage in the hotel or nearby lockers.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 8 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 4 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
