• This is a carpooling fixed trip. Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed at will. If you are unable to participate or cancel the trip due to personal problems, lateness, etc., no refund will be made.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 3 day(s) before the usage date, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 2 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
