1. For guests who purchase the Hotel pick-up service, please indicate the pick-up location. The vehicle will pick you up at the Hotel between 7:00-8:00. Please wait at the Hotel entrance in advance.
2. If you need to bring large luggage, please indicate this in the order.
- Free panoramic cable car to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji.
- This is a Carpool fixed trip. Once the booking is confirmed, the date cannot be changed at will. If you are unable to participate or cancel the trip due to personal problems, lateness, etc., no refund will be made.
- The passengers must arrive at the designated location 10 minutes earlier than the Departure time. If the passengers are 5 minutes late, the Bus will no longer wait for them and the trip will be considered abandoned.
- Guests participating in this tour must strictly abide by the stopover time at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements. If anyone is late or leaves the tour alone during the tour, the fee will not be refunded.
- Please carry your passport and valuables with you during your trip and make sure they are safe.
- Senior, pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, etc. should be accompanied by relatives. Senior over 69 years old or pregnant women participating in this trip, please indicate this in the order.
- The arrival time of each trip may vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, festivals and crowds on the day. If the trip is delayed due to the above or Other force majeure factors, you will not be able to request a refund. If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, you can apply for a rescheduling or refund.
- Please abide by local laws and regulations in Japan and do not carry items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid violating the law and affecting your rights.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 2 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
