In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), without reducing the number of attractions in the itinerary, the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guest.
Description of possible changes/cancellations of attractions on the day of the itinerary:
1. Due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, weather, festivals or crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. In order to ensure the safety of the driver and the stability of driving, the itinerary may be adjusted according to actual conditions, including reducing the time spent visiting attractions or canceling certain attractions. If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 3 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
