The arrival time of each trip may change depending on the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. If the trip is delayed or canceled due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, please forgive me. We will not request a refund for this reason.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 7 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 5% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 3 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
