- Please install the Kyushu FunPASS APP first, log in to the APP with the redemption code, and you can view the list of products included in the PASS and the usage regulations. Kyushu FunPASS APP download location: https://kyushu.funpass.app/_x000D_
- After confirming your departure date, enter the app and click on the virtual card. Enter the cardholder information to complete the card activation. Then, you can take the e-voucher(QR Code) in the Kyushu FunPASS app to the designated redemption location, where the service staff will redeem your ticket for Admission Tickets or meals.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 22:00 on the usage date, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 22:00 on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after activation
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
