- Please wear non-slip shoes to ensure safety. It is strictly prohibited to use camera tripods, selfie sticks and other equipment when it is Standard Price.
- Pets are only allowed outdoors (outside the castle tower) in the paid park. Pets must be kept in a cage with their faces hidden at all times in the park (service dogs are allowed). Please wear a leash when visiting Other parks. It is strictly prohibited to light a fire in Kumamoto Castle Park. There is no smoking area in the paid park.
- Visitors who wish to smoke, please use the smoking area next to the "Fuxing Castle Lord Information Center" in Ninomaru or the smoking area in Josaien.
- Do not eat or drink in the paid park. Only bottles with lids are allowed. Wheelchairs (including electric wheelchairs) can be rented free of charge in the park (must be accompanied by someone.
- Not available in case of rain).
- Strollers are allowed. There are no coin-operated lockers for large Infant in the park (including the castle tower). It is strictly forbidden to bring wheeled suitcases into the castle tower. If you wish to store your luggage, please use the coin-operated lockers in front of the Ninomaru Rest Area or the coin-operated lockers in front of the Josaien Tourist Information Center. If you feel unwell during your visit, you can rest in the following four "First Aid Rooms". ・Inside the Rest Area in front of the castle tower square. ・The South Exit Ticket Office also serves as a "Breastfeeding Room". ・

- The Ninomaru Rest Area also serves as a "Breastfeeding Room". The three "Hokkai Elevators" in the castle tower are only available to visitors who meet the following conditions.・Visitors using wheelchairs or Infant strollers (including caregivers) ・Visitors with limited mobility and unable to climb stairs If you wish to use the "Hokkai Elevator", please inform the staff at the castle tower entrance when you visit.
