Children aged 3-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Children over 16 years old are charged the same price as adults
The experience is open to children/teens aged 3-15
【Admission Notice】
Each booking must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above. booking for only adults/children will be cancelled.
Infants under 2 years old can enter for free
Please note that it is not possible to purchase only Adult Ticket and bring in infants aged 0-2 years old
If you wish to change booking(date, time, add/remove participants, etc.), please cancel the original booking and make a new reservation.
If the cancellation policy is exceeded, the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.

Parents/guardians are not allowed to enter the experience area

【Repeated Entry Notice】
All participants must gather at the entrance/exit
Adults can leave and re-enter (some restrictions apply), but children cannot leave/re-enter
No re-entry after leaving the venue
No outside food or drinks allowed
It is prohibited to bring into the venue any dangerous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, etc. that may disturb or cause inconvenience to other spectators
No pets are allowed except service animals with valid ID
Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If found by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately
