Each booking must be accompanied by an adult (16 years and over) for entry. Bookings for adults only or children only will be cancelled
infant(2 years and under) can enter for free, but adults and infant are not allowed to enter at the same time
If you want to change your reservation (date, time, increase or decrease of people or failure), please cancel your reservation and rebook
Cancellations or changes after the cancellation deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances

Children under 2 years old are not allowed to participate in the activity
Parents and guardians are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall
All admission and activity experiences are conducted in Japanese

All members of the booking group must be present at the entrance/exit
Adults can temporarily leave and re-enter (with certain restrictions), but children are not allowed to temporarily leave/re-enter
No re-entry after leaving the venue
No outside food or drinks allowed
It is prohibited to bring into the venue any dangerous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, etc. that may disturb or cause inconvenience to other spectators
No pets are allowed except service animals with valid ID
Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If found by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately
