No re-entry after leaving the venue
For ordinary cars, parking is free for the first 2 hours for visitors to the "HANA・BIYORI" garden; 300 yen per 30 minutes thereafter; the fee for the whole day is 1,500 yen.
Bicycle parking is free, but please note that the number of bicycles available is limited.
Glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.
It is prohibited to bring into the venue any dangerous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, etc. that may disturb or cause inconvenience to other spectators
No pets are allowed except service animals with valid ID
The use of flashing lights is prohibited in the venue
