- Accessibility: This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible.
Eligibility:
- Children aged 0-5 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children aged 0-3 will be charged IDR 100,000 for meals (pay directly to the operator).
- Children aged 3-5 will be charged IDR 750,000 to participate in this activity ((pay directly to the operator).
- Children aged 5+ will be charged the same rate as adults.
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
- Participants must be aged under 65 to take part in this activity.
- In case of bad weather, the tour may get canceled. You will be offered the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- All trips would be considered by the captain based on the situation and weather on that day and all water activity and facilities would be adjusted to the selected speedboat.
- It is not recommended to participate in this tour if the participants have flights scheduled in the same day as the day trip. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, please book your flight for the following morning after the tour is finished, rather than the same day.
- If your hotel includes breakfast, please kindly inform the hotel staff to prepare the breakfast box early before 05:30 in the morning.
- If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 1 hour(s) before the activity time.
- Routes may change due to weather or traffic conditions.
- This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate.
- Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.
- Please be responsible for your personal belongings. The operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip.
- The boat will be confirmed 1 day before the trip and participants cannot choose the boat. If participants disagree with the boat option, participants can make a cancellation before the trip and a refund will be issued.

- Please be mindful of your belongings at all the times. Ocean Queen is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items that may occur during the speedboat journey.
- Littering is strictly prohibited in both the speedboat and at every destination visited. Let's show love for our Earth by keeping it clean.
- Kindly take good care of the snorkel equipment provided during the trip. In case of damage or loss, a fine of IDR 350,000 per tool or IDR 550,000 per set will be applicable.
- Prioritize your health by staying hydrated and using sunblock throughout the trip.
- No Sighting Policy! Please note: While we strive to offer incredible encounters, however there is no Guarantee that you will see Manta and Komodo in Manta Point and Komodo Island, Nature has its own schedule and sightings are never guaranteed. Manta rays and Komodo dragons roam freely in their natural habitat. Hopefully, we will be fortunate enough to witness these magnificent creatures during our visit in Labuan Bajo with Ocean Queen!
- Nature behavior: Understand Manta, Komodo and other animals are Wild animals, and their behaviors are unpredictable. You are subject to follow the instructions of Ranger and Guide. They may not always stay at the same place for extended periods. Interactions could happen in a very short time.
- Respect their space: Komodo, Manta and other animals can be easily disturbed by our presence. Please maintain a respectful distance and avoid touching or chasing them. Any accident that might happen by not following the guidelines will be at your own risk and responsible.
- The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure/epilepsy/heart disease/asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities).
- Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem.
