- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 12:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail
- Please arrive at designated location 15 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time
- Please be sure to abide by the meeting time. The bus will not wait for latecomers. If you are late due to personal factors, no refund will be provided.
- Please wear a mask throughout the duration of the ride, and it is forbidden to eat, drink alcohol, or talk loudly.
- Please understand that due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic conditions, there may be changes in the itinerary, cancellation of sightseeing spots or shortening of sightseeing time.
- If the return time is delayed due to traffic conditions and other factors, and it is impossible to take public transportation, the taxi and other expenses incurred will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding.
- The time to visit each scenic spot will be determined according to the traffic conditions on the road or the number of participants on the day.
- If you are late due to traffic conditions and cannot participate in the itinerary, it will be regarded as voluntary forfeiture of the experience and no refunds will be provided.
- No refunds will be given for those who stop participating in the tour due to personal reasons.
- Seats on the bus cannot be assigned. Smoking is prohibited throughout the bus. Also there is no restroom.
