- Due to weather and current factors affecting the trip to the sea, please respect the decision of the captain on the day. According to his professional judgment, the captain will decide whether to normal/delay/cancel/return to the tour or snorkeling trip to ensure that guests can conduct activities in a safe environment.
- The minimum requirement of participants is 4 for the trip to push through. It is recommended to book ahead to avoid last minute cancellation
- Transfer to or from outskirt hotels/home-stays will incur the following fees to be paid directly to the driver:
1-3 people: MYR15 per person/way
4 or more: MYR10 per person/way - Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fees to be paid directly to the driver:
1-6 people: MYR30 per person/way
