- Participants must be at least 7 years old to join the white water rafting activity. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Participants are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and activity, including bringing sunscreen, hats, and appropriate footwear.
- Participants with dietary restrictions or allergies must inform the tour operator at the time of booking to ensure appropriate meal arrangements.
- Ticket is valid for selected date only
- Minimum of 2 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 3 day(s) prior to departure
- Please note that children under age 4 are not allowed for participation, children age 4 -11 are applicable to child ticket price
- Please don't wear any accessory during rafting
- Travelers are recommended to use elastic bands to secure their glasses when rafting, please note that contact lenses are not allowed for participation
- Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees: 1 - 3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more: RM10/person; transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fee: 1 - 6 people: RM30/person; 7 or more: RM15/person (all fees are one-way, to be paid directly to the driver)
