Juyongguan's Great Wall is a very important strategic area, connecting the inner land and the area near the northern border of China. You will be allowed to climb the Juyongguan Great Wall for 2 hours. 13 Ming Dynasty Emperors were buried in this area. You will visit Dingling and the tomb of the Wanli Emperor, which is the only one of the Ming Dynasty Tombs to have been excavated. Scared Path will be the last program before you finish this tour. The path stretching for 800 meters north of the pavilion is lined with stone pillars and statutes. The statues include 12 figures of generals and civil officials and 24 animal figures -- lions, camels, elephants, unicorns and horses.
