Get started from downtown Chongqing at 07:30, that would helps to avoid rush hour and buy us more excursion time. After 3 hours driving we'll pull over in highway rest area and take a brunch, then drive to the tourist reception. Upon arrival we need to take interior shuttle bus, which is mandatory for environmental preservation. The ticket for both the national park and shuttle bus should be purchased here. After a 20-min bus ride, we get to our first stop-a glass balcony on cliff top of the natural born triple bridge, where you may enjoy a whole view of this giant sink hole geographic miracle. Afterwards we walk to our primary site-natural born triple bridge. The admission fare for both Wulong Geological National Park and the interior shuttle bus is 125 yuan per adult, the glass balcony is 25 yuan per adult. Chongqing-Wulong 192 km 3 hour's driving.
Wulong Tiankeng Three Bridges
Then move to Tiankeng (A giant sinkhole, also named the natural triple bridge), the primary sector of Wulong Karst Geological National Park. We firstly will take an 80 meters high cliff side viewing elevator all the way down to the bottom. Then we take a hiking tour through the giant sinkhole links all scenic spots including movie scenes of Transformer IV. The highlight is unique and magnificent natural landscape. The hiking takes approximately 2 hours, moderate intensity.
