On 5 October 2022, Putrajaya Corporation and KRU signed a collaboration agreement whereby KRU is entrusted to design, market and operate Wetland Studios Putrajaya with the objective to promote the flora and fauna of Putrajaya Wetland Park using modern technology to create an immersive, memorable, entertaining, and rewarding experience for our visitors.

Putrajaya Wetland Park serves as a sanctuary for a diverse array of wildlife, including hundreds of species of birds, mammals, reptiles, fish, insects, trees, and plants. The park provides vital habitat and food sources for these various organisms, playing a crucial role in supporting their survival. Many of the species found within the park are threatened or endangered, making the conservation efforts at Putrajaya Wetland Park even more crucial. By maintaining a healthy ecosystem with a variety of habitats, the park helps sustain populations of these vulnerable species and contributes to their protection and conservation.

- Accessibility: The admission for all infants aged 3 years old and below as of the date of entry to WSP is FREE
- Ticket valid on selected date
- Adults are individuals between the ages of 13 to 64 years old
- Senior citizens are 65 years old and above
- Children are between the ages from 4 to 12 years old
- At the point of entry, for verification purposes you may be required to provide personal identification documents such as MyKad, MyTentera and MyKid for Malaysians and/or passport, MyPR, and MyKAS for foreigners
- In the event of technical malfunction and/or to address the safety issue, we reserve the right to suspend entry to the exhibitions and reschedule, change, or cancel the entry. If you disagree with a new entry time or date proposed by us
- WSSB is not responsible for any loss, damage, death, or injury of the patrons howsoever caused and/or due to the patron's actions and negligence.
